This is a contract-based leadership role focused on managing large-scale technology consulting projects within the industrial and semiconductor sectors. The position involves overseeing digital transformation, system implementations, and cross-functional team coordination to meet client delivery goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full end-to-end Project Management Life Cycle for technology implementation projects
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure on-time delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing regular status updates and risk assessments
- Oversee technical teams and external vendors to ensure deliverables meet quality and functional specifications
- Manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking actual spend, and managing variance
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues through proactive problem-solving
- Facilitate workshop sessions with business users to define requirements and project scope
- Ensure all project documentation and deliverables adhere to consulting firm and client governance standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience for Senior Associate level, or 8+ years for Manager level
- Proven track record of delivering technology projects within the manufacturing or industrial technology sectors
- Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Professional certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or CITPM) is highly preferred
- Experience working in a Big 4 or major technology consulting firm is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing complex stakeholder environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Confluence
