Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the technology assurance framework, including risk assessments, control implementation, and compliance monitoring
- Lead planning and execution of SOC audits (SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC 3, SOC for Cybersecurity, WebTrust for CAs) and related attestations such as HITRUST, SSPA, ISO, MRC, CSA STAR
- Create proposals, respond to RFPs, and identify cross‑selling opportunities
- Jointly lead global account relationships, manage engagement delivery, quality, and growth agenda
- Deliver high‑quality client services on time and within budget, monitoring progress and risks
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align technology practices with regulatory requirements and industry standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA)
