Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation, review and validation of business plans within restructuring processes
- Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams ensuring technical excellence and analytical consistency
- Design and oversee comprehensive restructuring plans
- Advise and support clients during negotiations with stakeholders
- Manage relationships with senior client management, legal and financial advisors, and key third parties
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering or Economics (postgraduate qualification valued)
- 5-7 years of proven experience in financial restructuring operations in Spain
- High proficiency in English
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
