Key Responsibilities
- Leading the Government experience effort to optimize satisfaction and collect insights
- Strategic and tactical account planning to deliver long-term strategy and revenue plans
- Delivering global Total Engagement Revenue results and personal sales targets
- Supporting must-win opportunities with pursuit leadership and coordinating resources
- Ensuring key actions and asks are reported to Major Priority Pursuits process
- Defining long-term investments and supporting allocation decisions
Requirements
- Excellent relationship building abilities and client management skills
- Advanced account strategy, planning and management skills
- Advanced presentation skills
- Interpersonal skills and ability to build high impact relationships internally and with senior decision makers externally
- Ability to build content knowledge quickly to understand EY's services
- Strong commercial focus and ability to align Government interests with EY
