Engineering Specialist responsible for operating VTS testers, loading test heads and media, performing first‑level electrical data analysis, ensuring test repeatability, compiling and uploading reports, and collaborating with engineers in a cleanroom environment on a 12‑hour night shift.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle loading of test heads and media and operate VTS testers
- Perform first‑level analysis of electrical data and ensure test repeatability for measurement accuracy
- Compile reports and publish accurate data to Fremont and Woodlands teams
- Upload test data to the server
- Work closely with engineers to prioritize jobs and perform basic tester troubleshooting
- Ensure timeliness of test results
Requirements
- Diploma in any Engineering discipline
- Self‑motivated and results‑oriented mindset
- Ability to work well in a dynamic team environment
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment
- Willing to work a 12‑hour night shift (7:30 pm to 7:45 am)
