The Workplace Investigation Specialist at EY leads fair and thorough investigations into workplace conduct issues, develops investigation protocols, provides governance and risk controls, and engages with stakeholders across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead workplace investigations, handling allegations of discrimination, harassment, bullying, retaliation, and misconduct
  • Deliver fact‑based investigation reports with actionable recommendations
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely case progression
  • Develop and shape Singapore investigation protocols and ensure policy alignment
  • Identify trends and emerging risks, recommending preventive controls and procedural improvements
  • Conduct training sessions for EY personnel

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience conducting workplace or employee relations investigations
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment law, disciplinary procedures, and data protection regulations (a plus)
  • Exceptional communication, case documentation, and report writing skills
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate sensitive issues and complex stakeholder dynamics
  • Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving mindset, comfortable with ambiguity
  • Undergraduate degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Law, or related fields
