Engineering Specialist IV responsible for Drive Backend Assembly processes, including setup, buyoff, monitoring, data analysis, and continuous improvement to meet yield, cycle time, and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform process setup and buyoff for Drive Backend Assembly ensuring yield, cycle time, and quality targets.
- Support product ID label buyoff to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Monitor production yield, detect excursions, conduct process mapping, and implement immediate containment.
- Develop hypotheses, design experiments, identify root causes, propose corrective actions, and report findings.
- Escalate issues per PMP requirements.
- Conduct data queries and analysis to provide insights for engineering teams.
Requirements
- This role applies engineering principles—such as Six Sigma and Lean—togetherwith strong skills in data analysis, problem‑solving, and solution implementation to achieve performance metricsaligned with company goals.
- About you: Diploma in Engineering and related disciplines.
- Able to perform effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive and professional attitude.
- Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Your experience includes: Experience in the manufacturing process is preferable.
- Failure analysis experience is preferable.
