Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative services, including preparation of documents required for tax filing, NOA, and other tax-related support work
  • Conduct general information searches
  • Work seamlessly with other ESS and CBS functions
  • Perform other ad hoc general administrative duties as required
  • Perform other responsibilities and tasks as needed to achieve the agreed performance outcomes

Requirements

  • GCE 'O' Level or above
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a team administrative role, candidates with experience with tax filing is preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Committed team player, sharing knowledge and best practices
  • Intermediate computer skills (MS Office and EY tools)
