Key Responsibilities
- Daily activities that help the team meet production goals in volume, quality, cost, and safety.
- You will: Understudy supervisors to learn how they lead manufacturing specialists, including exposure to shift coordination, work distribution, and issue escalation.
- Assist with monitoring daily operations , collecting data and preparing summaries used by supervisors to review production performance.
- Support planning and organizing activities , such as manpower allocation, materials readiness, and shift preparation tasks.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities , including productivity studies, quality checks, and sustainability‑related initiatives.
- Support BCMS (Business Continuity Management System) activities by assisting with documentation updates, readiness checklists, and drill preparations.
Requirements
- Diploma level education relevant to manufacturing/engineering.
- Willingness to learn supervisory roles and issue escalation.
- Ability to assist with BCMS documentation and readiness checks.
