About the role
Project Admin & Coordinator at SMRT in Singapore. Provide support for projects on renewal of various systems in SMRT stations and depots. Involves inspection and supervision of contractor works, customer engagement, and onsite coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Inspection and supervision of contractor works (cabling, equipment installation).
- Engage customers regarding requirements for accessing SMRT premises.
- Attend Engineering Work Request forums to deconflict applications.
- Act as onsite coordinator for contractor access and safety.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulations.
- Standby and attend maintenance or adhoc activities.
Requirements
- Minimum NITEC qualification in Electronics/Electrical/Data Communication discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cabling works with contractors.
- Safety supervisory certification is an added advantage.
- Experienced user of MS Office toolset (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Willingness to perform duties at night during non-passenger service hours.
- Good oral and communication skills.
