About the role
The Senior Supervisor for Buses Operational Excellence and Compliance ensures and supports operational excellence and compliance for SMRT Buses, working closely with all departments. Responsibilities include monitoring control measures, conducting internal audits, and managing knowledge management systems. The role requires a diploma in relevant fields, preferably 2 years of experience, and skills in SharePoint, Excel, Power BI, and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring of control measures for compliance audit and ensure proper follow up is being carried out
- Ensure compliance-related policies established are diligently adhered
- Support and conduct internal audit to ensure Systems and Processes are in place
- Monitor and ensure strict adherence to operating procedures and work instructions
- Assist Executive(s) in the management of Knowledge Management System to ensure smooth running of documentation control
- Leverage appropriate AI and digital tools responsibly and professionally to support data-driven decision-making, automation, and workplace efficiency
- Assist in Department's ad-hoc projects and assignment
Requirements
- Diploma in Safety Management / Environmental Management / Sustainable Development / Business Analytics or equivalent
- Preferably 2 years of working experiences
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Internal auditor trained in either of the standards: ISO 9001/14001/45001/22301/55001
- Good knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Design is a must
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- Demonstrated competency in applying AI tools to improve work processes, efficiency and operational outcomes
