About the role

This role supports the planning, coordination, and execution of an organisation-wide wellness and weight management campaign for SMRT Trains employees across stations, depots, and operational units. The executive will manage programme operations, vendor coordination, employee engagement, communications, and data reporting to ensure smooth implementation in a large, shift-based workforce environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end coordination and execution of the organisation-wide wellness and weight management campaign
  • Assist in programme registration, scheduling, participant tracking, and operational coordination
  • Coordinate onsite weigh-in and measurement activities across stations, depots, and operational sites
  • Support after-office-hours and shift-based engagement activities where required
  • Ensure smooth operational execution with minimal disruption to frontline operations
  • Support event setup, logistics coordination, attendance management, and programme administration
  • Liaise with appointed vendors, wellness coaches, and external partners on programme delivery and scheduling
  • Coordinate logistics for workshops, health talks, fitness sessions, and engagement activities
  • Support the setup and administration of wellness platforms, dashboards, and tracking systems
  • Monitor programme timelines, participation rates, attendance, and deliverables

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource, Business, Communications, Sports & Wellness, Health Promotion, or related disciplines
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong organisational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and highly people-oriented personality with strong interest in employee engagement and wellness initiatives
  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and able to take initiative independently
  • Fast learner with strong adaptability in a dynamic operational environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage employees across diverse workforce groups
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and highly operational environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other design applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Canva etc.
  • Familiarity with event coordination, wellness programmes, social media engagement, or digital tracking platforms would be advantageous
  • Comfortable with travelling across SMRT stations, depots, and operational sites
  • Comfortable with supporting occasional after-office-hours and adhoc engagement activities, including outreach sessions for night shift employees and frontline operational staff
