About the role
Associate Vice President (AVP) on an 8‑month contract supporting organisational effectiveness, change and culture initiatives for Temasek's Organisation & People team. The role conducts organisational diagnostics, drives change and transformation programs, and partners with leaders to deliver culture and employee engagement interventions. It requires senior‑level experience in OD, change management and strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct organisational and functional assessments to identify performance gaps and improvement areas.
- Analyse qualitative and quantitative data, including stakeholder feedback, to generate insights for decision‑making.
- Translate findings into actionable recommendations to enhance organisational effectiveness and team performance.
- Support planning and delivery of change initiatives, including leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement, communications, and capability building.
- Partner with leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders to maintain momentum on transformation and culture‑related initiatives.
- Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, ensuring quality, detail, and continuity during the maternity cover period.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Typically 10+ years experience in organisational development, organisational effectiveness, change management, or internal consulting.
- Strong analytical capability with hands‑on experience applying AI to elevate strategic thinking, insight generation and execution effectiveness.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, able to engage credibly with a range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage change initiatives and support implementation in complex or matrixed environments.
