Key Responsibilities
- Job Purpose You will lead and supervise a team of in-house and outsourced personnel in performing both preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance on air-conditioning & mechanical ventilation system which consist of large water-cooled chillers, water pumps, cooling towers, air handling units, fan coil units, mechanical ventilation fans, etc.
- Coordinate and attend to interfacing works, testing, commissioning, and taking over of newly installed ECS equipment.
- Today, we manage and operate train services on the North-South Line, East-West Line, the Circle Line, the Thomson-East Coast Line, and the Bukit Panjang Light Rail Transit.
Requirements
- Review all maintenance records and certify the safety critical work order completion and to feedback any fault or abnormality and to take remedial action if required.
