Key Responsibilities
- Test Strategy & Delivery Ownership Define and own the overall member test strategy, scope, sequencing, and entry/exit criteria across vendor and member testing.
- Proactively identify dependencies (environments, documents, configurations, data, approvals) and resolve them before they impact timelines.
- Lead risk-based testing and ensure assumptions, constraints, and known limitations are explicitly documented and communicated.
- Proactive Planning & Execution Discipline Convert objectives into clear, time-bound execution plans with owners, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Ensure calendars, environments, and resources are confirmed and blocked before committing to external timelines.
- Drive execution rigor through written follow-ups, action tracking, and explicit confirmation after meetings.
Requirements
- Essential : 10+ years in software testing, with 5+ years leading workstreams in complex, multi-party programmes.
- Strong experience in financial markets or regulated financial-services platforms.
- Proven ability to plan ahead, anticipate risks, and drive execution without close supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level summaries and external-facing documentation.
- Strongly Preferred: Experience with member/client readiness or conformance testing.
- Demonstrated ownership of documentation governance and publication processes.
