About the role
The AVP/VP of Ecosystem Enablement will lead policy analysis, stakeholder mapping, and engagement strategies to support Temasek's public policy and commercial objectives in Singapore. The role involves translating policy insights into business opportunities and coordinating cross‑functional initiatives across internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess policy and regulatory developments relevant to Temasek's ecosystem
- Identify and prioritize key stakeholders across government, regulators, trade unions, and other ecosystem partners
- Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies in priority domains and build strategic relationships that support Temasek's policy objectives and business priorities
- Plan and manage key stakeholder meetings, engagement forums, and networking platforms
- Translate policy insights and engagement into actionable recommendations and commercial opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workstreams involving multiple internal teams
Requirements
- Degree in International Relations, Public Policy, Law, Business Management, Economics or a related field
- 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in public policy, government relations or a related role
- Strong understanding of Singapore's policy landscape and stakeholders
- Established network within Singapore government and ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders, with good knowledge of protocol management
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Proven ability to manage complex issues in a dynamic environment
- Strong interest in the intersection of policy, business, sustainability, technology, and economic development
- Exposure to strategy work within a government agency or corporate would be advantageous
