About the role
Responsible for supervising maintenance activities for the Fare System equipment across SMRT stations and ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Technical Officers (TOs) in carrying out Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) on Fare System equipment.
- Ensure Fare System equipment performance meets revenue operation targets through effective PM scheduling and CM coordination.
- Supervise and provide technical support to Fare System TOs regarding equipment maintenance.
- Transcribe job records for CM/PM activities into the Maintenance Management System upon completion of work.
- Conduct continual technical learning and safety briefings during team meetings.
- Check and ensure adequate spares are available in the home office to support PM/CM work.
- Assist EMM in compiling information required for equipment performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with all quality and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Polytechnic Diploma in Electronic or Electrical Engineering, OR
- FSM Technical Officer with more than 6 years of relevant working experience in FSM Branch's operations and good performance results.
- Working experience in electronic servicing industries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to ensure safe and proper housekeeping in operational areas.
