About the role
Operate and maintain electrical and power‑related system equipment for SMRT, planning and overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring compliance with quality and safety procedures, scheduling work and staff, managing contractors, leading Kaizen projects, and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, lead and oversee preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance works on electrical/power system equipment
- Ensure performance of equipment in revenue operations meets targets through effective PM scheduling and CM coordination
- Plan and execute maintenance schedules and staff duty rosters efficiently
- Provide technical advice and instructions to subordinates and subcontractors, maintaining up‑to‑date drawings, manuals and work records
- Implement ISO procedures and conduct IPA/JSA & SSPP as assigned
- Comply with safety procedures at all times
Requirements
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical equipment
- Self‑motivated with a drive for excellence
- Ability to lead by example
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
