About the role
Assist in ensuring safety compliance and oversee network facilities A&A projects for SMRT MRT stations and depots, leading a team of technicians.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan daily tasks for each TO efficiently.
- Conduct weekly Safety Protected Time (SPT) talks and ensure attendance records are submitted.
- Ensure contractors work safely and provide daily activity feedback.
- Support LTA/Developer A&A projects, safety assurance checks, testing & commissioning, defect punchlisting, and handover/takeover of B&F systems (EMF, ECS, E&L).
- Provide access to rooms for LTA/contractors to conduct site surveys.
- Coordinate commercial contractors for scaffold erection near escalators for media poster/sticker installation.
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
- Prior experience in operation & maintenance of M&E/C&S.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Class 3 driving licence (preferred).
- Effective communication and good listening skills.
- A good team player.
