Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organise and facilitate worker engagement activities.
- Manage communication channels for construction workforce feedback.
- Build rapport and maintain regular communication with workers.
- Collect, analyse and synthesise workers' feedback.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to share feedback and track actions.
- Verify effectiveness of follow-up actions and liaise with external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline; administration, operations or contractor management preferred.
- Prior experience managing a construction workforce or large frontline workforce is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable engaging workers on-site in an operational environment.
- Empathetic, patient and approachable.
- Well-organised and detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple issues and stakeholders.
