The AVP/VP of Investment Performance & Management partners with senior leadership to shape investment strategy, oversee portfolio management, and drive best practices and AI initiatives across Temasek's investments.

Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and communicate key investment strategies and lead strategic/analytical projects to evaluate performance.
- Lead portfolio management, oversee the Portfolio Action Plan, and support value creation across portfolio companies.
- Generate insights from investment and portfolio data to improve decision‑making and shape investment strategy.
- Establish firm‑wide best practices and learning initiatives across public and private market teams.
- Drive AI adoption and serve as business partner for investment management systems, including training and governance enhancements.
- Initiate projects to enhance investment professionals' effectiveness, streamline processes, and develop training programmes.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of relevant investment experience, preferably private equity direct investing, portfolio management, value creation, or strategy/consulting.
- Self‑starter who can think big picture, manage multiple priorities, and work independently.
- Ability to design analysis and bring structure to amorphous ideas.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to articulate and persuade.
- Strong understanding of the
