Key Responsibilities
- Lead in-depth strategic and operational analyses of portfolio companies, including financial, business strategy, competitive positioning, operational efficiency, and market dynamics.
- Lead identification, evaluation and execution of value creation initiatives such as strategy refocusing, operational improvements, balance sheet optimisation, and corporate restructuring.
- Develop, oversee and challenge robust valuation and financial models including SOTP, DCF, DDM, trading comparables, precedent transactions, and scenario analysis.
- Monitor and assess portfolio performance and key value drivers, evaluate financial strength, competitive positioning, and emerging risks.
- Translate operational and strategic insights into value-creation priorities and financial implications.
- Engage with stakeholders, senior management teams and Board Directors to support strategic discussions and decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field with strong academic performance.
- At least 5–8 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity / corporate finance / M&A, accounting or related field.
- Strong track record in strategic analysis, financial modelling, valuation, and problem-solving.
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, with the ability to influence outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to translate analysis into practical, execution-focused recommendations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
