Key Responsibilities
- At Neste, you will be working for the world's leading producer of sustainable aviation fuel and renewable diesel.
- We are looking for you, Safety & Integrated Management System Engineer to join our Safety Team in the Singapore Refinery You will focus on adopting Neste Operations Excellence Management System (OEMS) and translate it to Singapore refinery Integrated Management System (IMS) with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, SS651 and best practices.
- Provide your expertise to lead our Singapore Refinery IMS, ensuring safety compliance are analysed, updated and sustained.
- In this job you will collaborate and work closely with the Singapore Safety department.
- As the local administrator of Neste Continuous Improvement Reporting System, you are expected to manage, analyse, trend, gain insights and learnings from Refinery unsafe conditions, near misses, incidents and audit management.
- In our Safety team, you will report to the Safety Manager and support the safety team in safety-related tasks and achieve our common goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years safety working experience in petrochemical or chemical industry
- Bachelor's Degree in chemical / process / process safety engineering; having a Masters Degree in a related field is highly desired
- Able to effectively lead organization in audit preparations, execution, follow up closure and analysis of long term effectiveness, durability and on-going compliance of implemented actions
- Ability to interpret corporate and regulatory requirements and effectively translate them into practical, organization-specific solutions while ensuring stakeholder alignment
- Strong communication, writing and analytical skill
