About the role

The role supports the Operations team by handling end‑to‑end employee life cycle processes globally. It involves managing onboarding, transfers, relocations, off‑boarding and related documentation. The position requires HR knowledge, multitasking ability, and proficiency with HRIS tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and meet service level standards for global employee life cycle events (on‑boarding, transfers, relocation, off‑boarding) for permanent staff, interns and contractors.
  • Prepare certification letters such as employment, visa, SPR, APEC card, and indemnity letters.
  • Administer HR policies and guidelines related to employee life cycle events.
  • Review, implement and execute standard operating procedures to streamline employee life cycle documentation and controls across countries.
  • Perform data entry and maintain up‑to‑date personnel files and records.
  • Coordinate and process Operations invoices and support staff profile generation for board meetings.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • 2–5 years of experience in a similar HR operations role.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently and collaborate with team members.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills for managing diverse stakeholder expectations.
  • Resilient, highly flexible and positive attitude in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS systems and advanced MS Office proficiency.
