About the role
The Procurement Associate provides end‑to‑end sourcing, supplier evaluation, contract negotiation and management, while supporting market research, cross‑functional sourcing strategies, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end source-to-contract process, including supplier evaluation, contract negotiation and management.
- Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify and assess potential vendors.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop sourcing strategies and negotiate contract terms.
- Handle procurement inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses.
- Support process improvement initiatives to boost procurement efficiency.
- Maintain procurement documentation, forecasts, budgeting and manage Microsoft Access databases.
Requirements
- More than 3 years experience in procurement, operations or related function.
- Bachelor's degree in procurement/supply chain, operations management or related discipline (preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills, with vendor management experience (preferred).
- Familiarity with procurement platforms such as Ivalua, Coupa, Workday, etc.
