About the role

The Procurement Associate provides end‑to‑end sourcing, supplier evaluation, contract negotiation and management, while supporting market research, cross‑functional sourcing strategies, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end source-to-contract process, including supplier evaluation, contract negotiation and management.
  • Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify and assess potential vendors.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop sourcing strategies and negotiate contract terms.
  • Handle procurement inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to boost procurement efficiency.
  • Maintain procurement documentation, forecasts, budgeting and manage Microsoft Access databases.

Requirements

  • More than 3 years experience in procurement, operations or related function.
  • Bachelor's degree in procurement/supply chain, operations management or related discipline (preferred).
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills, with vendor management experience (preferred).
  • Familiarity with procurement platforms such as Ivalua, Coupa, Workday, etc.
