About the role
The role supports strategic initiatives at Temasek by coordinating workstreams, performing deal evaluation, preparing investment materials, and managing post‑investment portfolios. It works across multiple teams and requires 1‑2 years of experience in private equity or related fields with strong financial modelling and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Support workstreams (e.g., investments, new strategies, strategic value creation) within strategic initiatives and across key Temasek teams
- Coordinate and support project teams comprising members from multiple functional teams and stakeholder groups
- Perform deal evaluation, due diligence, industry/company analysis, legal documentation, negotiation, and lead financial modelling workstreams
- Prepare investment materials, recommendations, and insights for senior management and investment committee discussions
- Support post‑investment portfolio management of SI investments and assets, including performance monitoring and value creation
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in top‑tier private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, or M&A
- Strong transaction management and intellectual capacity
- Strong technical skills such as financial modelling and presentation slide creation
- Good interpersonal skills with a self‑starter mindset
- Good written and verbal communication skills
