About the role
The role leads the HR technology function for SAP SuccessFactors, overseeing product strategy, governance, implementation, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include managing deliveries, configurations, integrations, vendor coordination, and stakeholder engagement. Candidates need extensive experience in HRIS, SuccessFactors, and complex multi‑vendor technology programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day management and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors and related HR technology initiatives, including implementations, enhancements, defect fixes, releases, and BAU support.
- Work closely with HR teams to understand business needs and drive fit‑for‑purpose solutions across SuccessFactors and connected HR platforms.
- Review, challenge, and refine vendor solution designs to ensure practicality, alignment with business processes, and long‑term supportability.
- Oversee system configuration and changes across SuccessFactors (workflows, business rules, role‑based permissions, data objects, process automation).
- Coordinate and track delivery across vendors, internal technology teams, and business stakeholders, managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Manage system integrations and data flows between SuccessFactors and upstream/downstream platforms, collaborating with Technology, Data, and Cyber teams on design, control, and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years managing medium‑to‑large, complex technology deliveries in multi‑vendor environments.
- 8–10 years leading complex HRIS programs with hands‑on SuccessFactors experience and strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules and end‑to‑end HR processes.
- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors release cycles, product limitations, configuration impacts, and integration patterns (SAP CPI/Integration Centre, APIs, middleware).
- Proven stakeholder, vendor, and partner management skills; ability to deliver design, build, integration, data migration, testing (including non‑functional), and production deployment.
- SuccessFactors certification preferred; consulting background in SuccessFactors delivery preferred.
