About the role
This is a 6-month sustainability-focused public affairs internship within a semiconductor company. The intern will support internal and external communications on environmental and social impact initiatives, create multimedia content, manage stakeholder engagement, and assist with sustainability reporting and events.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of sustainability communications strategies and campaigns
- Create engaging content including articles, infographics, videos and social media posts on sustainability topics
- Assist in managing media relations and stakeholder engagement for sustainability initiatives
- Help coordinate sustainability events, site visits and speaking opportunities
- Contribute to sustainability reports and ESG disclosures
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and social media trends related to sustainability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sustainability, marketing and corporate communications
- Maintain content calendars and ensure timely publication of sustainability communications
- Support crisis communications and issues management related to environmental topics
- Translate complex sustainability data into compelling narratives for diverse audiences
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Journalism or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Demonstrated interest in sustainability and corporate responsibility topics
- Experience with social media platforms and digital content creation tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Creative thinking and storytelling abilities
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Previous internship or extracurricular experience in communications, sustainability or related field preferred
- Knowledge of ESG frameworks and sustainability reporting standards is a plus
- Multimedia production skills including video editing or photography are advantageous
- Available for full-time internship from June/July to December 2026
