Key Responsibilities
- Providing technical support related to rotating equipment and systems to ensure safe, efficient & reliable operations. - Ensure that all rotating equipment and systems (e.g., pumps, compressors, agitators, fans) are installed and maintained in accordance with recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices, guided by relevant established codes, standards, published technical reports, recommended practices, or similar documents
- Collaborate closely with internal stakehold ers (Operations/ Technical) across Singapore and other Neste sites, as well as external stakeholders including suppliers and experts, to ensure effective maintenance and reliability activities pertaining to rotating equipment and systems, thereby ensuring safe and reliable operations
- Partner with the Rotating Engineer for the establishment and effective implementation of predictive and preventive maintenance programs and plans, utilizing effective tools, best practices, and procedures
- Coordinate and participate in all refinery safety programs
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering with demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Refinery and Petrochemical process technical environment, with focused on Rotating Equipment
- Essential prior experience in Turnarounds (TAs) and maintenance execution
- Proficient in Vibration and Lube Oil Analysis
- Basic knowledge of Rotating Equipment petrochemical standards, including ASME and API
