Operating Engineer responsible for assisting in the development, optimization, and troubleshooting of plant process and equipment to achieve high operational utilization, availability, profitability, flexibility, process safety, and overall safety at Neste's Tuas refinery in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for execution of S&OP plan of the unit, including monitoring plant and providing daily instructions to shift teams
- Review and update start-up, shutdown, and operating guidelines or instructions and procedures
- Initiate and apply multi-disciplinary process design and control strategies in relation to processes and systems
- Find and resolve process limitations and optimize production to ensure high utilization and availability
- Responsible for catalyst/absorbent follow-up and lead a team for absorbent change out
- Monitor and optimize day-to-day consumption of chemicals, additives, and consumables for assigned units
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor in Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in oil refining and petrochemical industries
- Strong interpersonal and planning skills
- High safety standard and strong influencing skills
- Good team player and positive thinking
