About the role
The Executive Engineer leads multiple teams in preventive and corrective maintenance of railway signaling systems and platform screen doors, providing technical advice, supervising complex issues, managing contractors, ensuring compliance with safety and rail regulatory standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical advice and participate in complex trackside CM activities including fault troubleshooting, rectification and testing
- Support engineering studies, reliability trending, failure analysis and propose reliability enhancement initiatives
- Develop and enhance maintenance readiness by improving fault response procedures, spares allocation and adopting new maintenance technologies
- Prioritize and de‑conflict manpower requirements, resource allocation and track access to optimize maintenance efficiency
- Perform periodic review of Work Instructions to ensure technical relevance and compliance to quality, safety and rail regulatory standards
- Lead a team of Assistant Engineers and Technical Officers in tasks complying with Quality Procedures, Work Specifications, Signal Standing Instructions and related change instructions
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant Engineering field (fresh graduates welcomed)
