About the role
The Executive / Senior Executive, Enforcement & Validation leads security operations and compliance for SMRT's public transport network, conducting audits, risk assessments, security exercises, and supporting incident investigations while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Validate ground security measures through audits and inspections to meet system‑wide regulatory Code of Practice requirements
- Assist in managing daily security operations across the SMRT network
- Review security processes and operational procedures
- Coordinate and conduct security exercises, including red‑team exercises, to enhance workforce vigilance
- Support and implement security education and awareness programs for staff and vendors
- Liaise with internal business units on implementation of security measures and procedures
Requirements
- Degree from a recognized institution
- Educational background or working experience in transport security (preferred)
- Security‑related WSQ Training certification
- Red Teaming Officer Training certification
- Advanced Tell‑Tale Indicator Detection Course
- Proficiency with MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
