The Senior/Supervisor, Crew Management role oversees a large team of Bus Captains, ensuring operational procedures, attendance, and leave quotas are properly managed. The position also handles administrative tasks and supports depot events, requiring strong leadership and Microsoft Office skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a group of up to 500 Bus Captains
- Ensure circulars and SOPs/Work instructions are circulated to ground staff timely
- Ensure attendance and HR matters are updated timely and accurately in the relevant systems
- Manage Bus Captains' administrative matters
- Ensure the Bus Captains' leave quota for the Depot are adhered to
- Assist in depot events
Requirements
- Candidate should possess at least a Diploma
- At least 2 years of working experience in a related field is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
