  • Operating at the intersection of industry, research, and national priorities, the role connects external market and technology needs with internal research execution.
  • Through informed analysis and technical judgment, you will influence multi-million-dollar R&D funding decisions and help position IME's Advanced Packaging and Silicon Photonics capabilities three to five years ahead of volume market adoption, particularly for AI Computing and data center scaling.
  • This role is suitable for candidates with strong technical foundations and a deep passion for semiconductor technology, with the ability to think systemically and communicate clearly across disciplines.
  • Global Technology Intelligence & Synthesis Monitor global semiconductor and system-level trends through participation in international conferences, consortia, and industry engagements, e.g.

Requirements

  • Degree in a related engineering or science discipline.
  • Open to early-career PhD/Masters graduates as well as experienced professionals.

  • Ability to rapidly learn new technical domains and connect disparate ideas into coherent strategic perspectives.
