Key Responsibilities
- Familiar with research security, export controls, regulations.
- Ability to interpret and apply these frameworks to IME's research and activities.
- Keen awareness of insider threats, safeguarding classified research, and maintaining research data.
- Ability to compile, review and analyse Key Risk Indicators (KRI), as part of regular reporting to A*STAR ERM Office. Based on the KRI compiled, assist in the preparation of Risk Reports.
- Familiar with Business Continuity Management planning and execution.
- Ability to enforce IME governance on areas but not limited to like confidentiality, export control and risk management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline or minimum 5 years of related work experience.
- Related certifications or good understanding on research administration, export compliance.
- A resourceful individual with active listening skills to gather information and anticipate next steps.
- A motivated individual with clear communication skills for stakeholder and management reporting.
