About the role

EY is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate for its Project Management Office within the Business Consulting practice. The role supports large‑scale technology transformation programs by developing and maintaining PMO processes, documentation, and governance, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate understanding of core project management concepts and support structured delivery across complex initiatives
  • Develop, document, and maintain PMO processes, standards, and governance frameworks
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather information and maintain project records such as RAID logs, plans, and status reports
  • Create clear, concise, and visually compelling program materials including dashboards, presentations, and executive reports
  • Coordinate and facilitate key project and program meetings
  • Break down complex program information into structured components for risk, issue, dependency, and resource analysis

Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Basic experience with project management and PMO concepts (scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, governance)
  • Awareness of delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data‑driven decision making
