Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in professional services sales or management consulting
  • Proven track record of selling and delivering large-scale consulting projects specifically in the financial services sector
  • Deep industry knowledge of banking, capital markets, or insurance sectors
  • Strong existing network of contacts within the financial services industry in the regional market
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills suited for executive-level engagement
  • Ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM software and modern sales management tools
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and financial modeling for business cases
  • Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and regional stakeholders
