Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development efforts to identify and capture new opportunities within the financial services industry
- Manage and grow relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers at target financial institutions
- Oversee the delivery of complex business consulting projects ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction
- Develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans for specialized financial services offerings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate diverse consulting capabilities into client solutions
- Mentor and lead junior consulting staff to build a high-performing sales and delivery team
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in consulting services
- Drive revenue growth and meet or exceed annual sales and profitability targets for the business unit
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in professional services sales or management consulting
- Proven track record of selling and delivering large-scale consulting projects specifically in the financial services sector
- Deep industry knowledge of banking, capital markets, or insurance sectors
- Strong existing network of contacts within the financial services industry in the regional market
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills suited for executive-level engagement
- Ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software and modern sales management tools
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and financial modeling for business cases
- Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and regional stakeholders
