About the role
The Junior Infrastructure Lead will support daily IT operations across servers, networks, cloud platforms, and SaaS tools, while leading small infrastructure projects and mentoring junior staff. The role requires a bachelor's degree, several years of hands‑on infrastructure experience, and familiarity with on‑premise and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Infrastructure Lead in managing daily operations across servers, networks, cloud platforms, and SaaS tools
- Take ownership of small infrastructure initiatives such as server patching, SaaS rollout, and cloud migration tasks
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers or interns
- Assist in monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex problems when needed
- Help ensure security, backup, and disaster recovery measures are in place and executed
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (security, applications, vendors) to deliver infrastructure services
- Document procedures, configurations, and infrastructure changes
- Stay up to date with new technologies and propose improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
