- Design and develop complex workflows, business rules, integrations, and custom applications.
- Define solution scope and deliver technical advisory services to support clients implementing ServiceNow programs of work.
- Translate client requirements into workable solutions, including creating architecture design documentation and ServiceNow roadmaps.

- Skills and attributes for success Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) Strong ability to define architectural and design-level technical solutions aligned with client business needs.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including solution design and implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow integration technologies (SSO, SAML, SSL, SOAP/REST Web Services, LDAP, JDBC/ODBC).
- Proficiency in CSDM 3.0 framework and familiarity with popular coding languages.
