About the role
The Associate Director for Infrastructure Advisory at EY-Parthenon leads complex consulting engagements focused on the strategic development, procurement, and financing of large-scale infrastructure projects. This role involves managing high-performing teams, developing sophisticated financial models, and providing commercial advice to senior stakeholders across the energy, transport, and social infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of high-quality infrastructure advisory engagements, ensuring client objectives and project milestones are met
- Manage and mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance on financial modeling and strategic analysis
- Oversee the development and review of complex business cases for major infrastructure investments
- Advise clients on procurement strategies, commercial frameworks, and transaction processes for large-scale projects
- Drive business development activities, including identifying market opportunities and leading the production of proposals
- Engage with C-suite stakeholders and government officials to present strategic recommendations and project findings
- Collaborate with internal EY service lines to provide integrated solutions across the infrastructure lifecycle
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies for multiple concurrent engagements
Requirements
- Significant experience in infrastructure advisory, project finance, or corporate strategy within a leading consulting firm or industry player
- Proven track record of leading and delivering complex advisory projects from inception to completion
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Strong understanding of the commercial and regulatory environment governing infrastructure sectors like energy and transport
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior-level decision makers
- Experience in managing and developing professional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field; MBA or Master's preferred
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business growth
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and professional integrity
- Ability to handle multiple workstreams and prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines
