YOUR ROLE You will be responsible to lead and coordinate all process change activities to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient implementation of changes across manufacturing and supporting operations. The role ensures that process modifications are thoroughly assessed, approved, documented, communicated, and deployed in alignment with STMicroelectronics standards, customer requirements, and regulatory obligations. Lead the Process Change Management section and supervise team members involved in change review, coordination, and execution. Own the end-to-end process change lifecycle from request intake and impact analysis to approval, implementation, validation, and closure. Ensure compliance with internal quality systems, customer-specific requirements, and applicable industry standards. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including Device Engineering, Process Engineering, Quality, Equipment Engineering, Process Integration, Manufacturing etc.. Assess business, technical, quality, cost, capacity, and delivery risks associated with proposed changes. Drive structured change governance through review boards, escalation paths, and decision forums. Guarantee documentation accuracy and traceability in systems such as change control records, deviation logs, qualification plans, and validation reports. Monitor KPIs such as change cycle time, on-time closure, approval lead time, implementation success rate, and recurrence of issues. Support audits and customer visits by providing evidence of controlled change management practices. Develop and improve standard procedures, templates, and workflows to increase efficiency and robustness. Coach and train teams on process change requirements, risk assessment, and best practices. Escalate critical issues that could impact product quality, compliance, supply continuity, or customer commitments. Support continuous improvement initiatives to simplify and standardize change management across sites or organizations. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Manufacturing, or related field ; Master’s degree is a plus. 8+ years of experience in semiconductor industry, preferably in manufacturing, process engineering, quality assurance, industrialization, or operations. Proven experience in change management, product/process qualification, or operational governance . Strong knowledge of manufacturing control systems, quality systems, and root cause/risk analysis . Experience leading cross-functional teams in a multicultural and matrix organization.
