Senior Consultant/Manager in EY's Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) team, supporting Swiss clients with enhanced corporate reporting, accounting standard implementation, sustainability reporting, and finance function transformation.

Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with enhanced corporate reporting and accounting (ECRA) initiatives, including accounting standard changes and new standard implementations
- Assist in the design, implementation and maintenance of accounting and reporting processes, and contribute to the preparation of financial statements and disclosures
- Provide expertise on Swiss Obligationenrecht, Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS and, where applicable, US GAAP
- Collaborate with specialists in tax, sustainability and other domains to deliver integrated advisory services
- Help clients transform and optimize their finance function, identifying efficiency opportunities and improving internal control systems
- Ensure timely delivery of work products in compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Business Administration or related field
- Qualified as Dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer or equivalent (e.g., CPA, ACCA)
- 4‑7 years of experience in audit, consulting or a large corporate finance function
- Strong knowledge of Swiss Obligationenrecht, Swiss GAAP FER and IFRS (US GAAP knowledge is a plus)
- Project experience in sustainability‑related accounting and reporting is an advantage
