Director role in EY-Parthenon's Commercial Strategy practice, leading strategy development, transactions, and turnarounds for clients across multiple U.S. locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute strategy development, transaction execution, and turnaround initiatives for client engagements
- Collaborate with EY-Parthenon team members to identify and unlock value through corporate/BU strategy, go‑to‑market strategy, and commercial operating model improvements
- Identify, define, quantify, and realize sustainable revenue enhancement and cost/margin improvement opportunities
- Drive business and practice development activities, including pursuit support and client presentations
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve their career goals
- Manage project teams across EY-Parthenon to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements

- Skills and attributes for success Project Management – manage project teams comprising of colleagues from across EY-Parthenon to successful project execution.
- To qualify for the role, you must have A bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics and 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and 3 years of related work experience.
- Significant transactions (buy and/or sell side) management consulting experience.
- Experience in the following: Corporate and/or BU strategy development.
- Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.
