Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute end‑to‑end transaction projects across the M&A lifecycle (pre‑sign, sign‑to‑close, post‑close) for health‑care clients
- Develop partnership strategies, board facilitation, Day 1/Day 100 planning, and value‑creation initiatives
- Lead post‑merger integration, carve‑out, and divestiture activities to realize synergies
- Advise clients on risk mitigation, operational change, and commercial considerations
- Drive business development activities including pursuit support, presentations, and client meetings
- Contribute to practice development and team‑building initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Healthcare‑related field (MBA or MHA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of management consulting experience (or 3 years with advanced degree)
- Significant experience in health‑care industry, especially with providers, health plans, or ancillary services
- Demonstrated experience in M&A transactions, integrations, divestitures, or carve‑outs within the health sector
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize data, develop hypotheses, and present insights
- Proven leadership, negotiation, and influencing abilities
