About the role
Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of fare system and access management equipment in SMRT stations, ensuring compliance with procedures, accurate data entry, safety, and supporting project initiatives and Kaizen improvements.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and perform preventive maintenance (PM) on Fare System equipment and Access Management System (AMS)
- Attend to corrective maintenance (CM) on Fare System equipment and Access Management System (AMS)
- Ensure compliance with work procedures during maintenance tasks
- Enter required data into the Maintenance Management System
- Practice safe and proper housekeeping
- Assist Assistant Engineer (AE) with other maintenance work related to Fare System equipment, Access Management System, or home office operations
Requirements
- Professional Certificate or NITEC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic/Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Past working experience in electronic servicing industries or relevant experience
- Proficiency with Work Safety Manual and Electrical Safety In‑Service Vocation Training Scheme (VTS) for each Fare System equipment
- Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry and report compilation
