Key Responsibilities
- Support cost management functions for Changi East development.
- Manage pre and post-contract administration of contracts.
- Involved in budgeting & cost estimating.
- Prepare tender documents and evaluation reports.
- Process progress payments and assess change/variation requests.
- Provide contractual support to resolve issues with partners and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, Building or related disciplines.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in managing contracts of M&E systems.
- Experience in automated people mover systems, baggage handling systems, or IT systems advantageous.
- Excellent understanding of procurement strategies and practices.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
