About the role
The Train Service Controller supports the Chief Controller in regulating train services, managing incidents, disseminating information, and coordinating track access across train control, station control, and depot control within the Operations Control Centre.

Key Responsibilities
- Regulate revenue train service on the mainline ensuring safety and reliability.
- Monitor and control train schedules, connections, and routes.
- Communicate instructions to train staff and passengers.
- Report train faults to Chief Controller promptly.
- Manage track access during traffic and non‑traffic hours.
- Handle incidents, provide information to passengers and staff, and restore service.
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline, preferably engineering, or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 3 years of railway experience.
