About the role
This role involves leading the implementation, optimization, and management of SAP PM, MM, and PP modules within a complex manufacturing environment. The Manager/Senior Manager will oversee business process improvements and lead technical teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP systems with production and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SAP implementation and upgrade projects for PM, MM, and PP modules across multiple manufacturing sites
- Design and optimize end-to-end business processes for plant maintenance, production planning, and materials management
- Oversee functional configuration and technical specifications for system enhancements and new features
- Coordinate with cross-functional department heads in production, quality, and supply chain to align ERP capabilities with business goals
- Manage a team of SAP consultants and analysts, providing technical guidance and performance mentorship
- Ensure robust integration between SAP ERP and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or shop floor automation tools
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps, budgets, and resource allocation plans for IT-driven manufacturing initiatives
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and lead change management efforts for large-scale system transitions
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 to 12 years of professional experience in SAP consulting or internal ERP management
- Extensive functional expertise in SAP PM (Plant Maintenance), MM (Materials Management), and PP (Production Planning)
- Proven track record of at least two full-cycle SAP implementations in an industrial or high-tech manufacturing sector
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and migration methodologies
- Strong leadership experience with a background in managing technical teams and large-scale IT projects
- Advanced analytical skills to translate complex manufacturing requirements into scalable SAP solutions
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Experience integrating SAP with third-party logistics (3PL) or shop-floor automation systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and vendor relationships effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical IT teams and business users
