About the role

The Executive Assistant will provide high‑level administrative support to a small group of Partners and Executives in EY's Core Business Services team in Beirut, handling diary management, travel arrangements, expense processing, communications, document preparation, and event coordination while building strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high‑level support to a small group of Partners and Executives
  • Organise and manage comprehensive diaries, travel and accommodation
  • Screen emails, respond or action as required
  • Prepare expense claims and weekly timesheets
  • Screen phone calls and messages, follow‑up and refer to appropriate team members
  • Prepare and revise documents including presentations, emails, reports, agendas and papers

Requirements

  • Minimum 6‑8 years of previous Executive Assistant experience supporting multiple executives in a corporate environment
  • Experience in a professional services or global consulting organization is highly regarded
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi‑task
  • Strong telephone manner and interpersonal skills
