This ServiceNow Techno-Functional Analyst role at EY involves leading the design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow modules to align with strategic IT objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with senior business stakeholders to understand strategic goals and translate them into ServiceNow solutions
  • Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, etc.)
  • Own and drive complex techno-functional initiatives from requirements to implementation
  • Provide thought leadership and best practices in ServiceNow architecture, governance, and optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and developers to ensure technical alignment and delivery
  • Prepare and present solution proposals, roadmaps, and impact assessments
  • Oversee integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise tools and platforms
  • Conduct performance tuning, upgrades, and system health checks
  • Guide and mentor junior analysts and developers
  • Maintain awareness of the latest ServiceNow releases and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 6–10 years of ServiceNow experience, including configuration, scripting, and solution design
  • Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
  • Strong experience with ITSM processes and modules
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and Business Rules
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to leadership
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more areas
  • Experience in ServiceNow ITOM, HRSD, or SecOps is a plus
  • Familiarity with CMDB, Discovery, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Experience in leading ServiceNow implementations or migrations
